After featuring on a variety of Hospital Records compilations, Romanian-born Polaris has unveiled a 4-track EP showcasing his unique use of atmospherics and full-throttle drum & bass style.

‘Kessel Run’, with its nod to his favourite Star Wars saga, is a dose of trailblazing energy. It’s celebratory horn work, energetic frequencies and punchy percussion give a warming vintage feel and make for a truly inspiring lead track on the EP.

As an avid gamer, Polaris brings intergalactic soundscapes across ‘Prismatic Gate’ for a futuristic electronic beat. Complex drum work and ambient pads lay the foundations for the timeless liquid number ‘Receiver’, juxtaposed by ‘Relic’, an intelligent space-age stepper that’s light years ahead of its time.
