Detroit, Movement Music Festival, one of the longest-running and most-acclaimed music festivals in the world, is excited to announce the full lineup for 2018, led by Movement Stage Closers: Dirtybird boss and festival favorite Claude VonStroke, a rare b2b performance by Loco Dice and The Martinez Brothers, and a special performance by all nine members of the Wu-Tang Clan celebrating the legendary hip-hop group’s 25th anniversary and their classic debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). Bohemian Yacht Club album release Party at Parlour, Friday, December 15.

On Friday, December 15, Toronto’s underground scene will gather at intimate venue Parlour, in celebration of Canadian imprint Bohemian Yacht Club’s [BYC] release of Brian Johnson’s Amsterdam to Broadway album. What started out as a boat cruise series and promotion company has been reimagined into a record label after a two year hiatus, and is aiming to showcase the finest in contemporary Canadian dance music to the Toronto scene and beyond. Curating the sounds for the evening will be a trio of essential BYC selectors: Joel Waznicky, Sean Roman and the man of the hour, Brian Johnson. Gramatik announces North American RE:COIL tour.

After completing his epic Re:Coil EU Tour across 26 European cities in the fall, Slovenian-born producer Gramatik, is gearing up to bring the tour to North America in 2018. With only a few one-off shows in December, Gramatik will bring the year to a close in New York’s Terminal 5 for a big New Year’s Eve showdown with guest appearances fromBig Wild, Ramzoid, Cobrayama and Balkan Bump. Starting this Wednesday, December 6, Moogfest and Tom Tom Magazine present Always On, a 50-hour global livestream with continuous, hour-long live performances from female, transgender, and non-binary artists around the world. Following a series of earthquakes and Hurricane Maria, which have left both Mexico City and Puerto Rico in a state of devastation, Canadian-based imprint No.19 is calling upon the music community to join efforts in providing relief to those affected. Amsterdam Dance Event 2017. Completes program for 22nd edition.

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world’s largest club festival and the most important business conference for electronic music, has completed its program. Between the 18th and the 22nd of October a record-breaking 2,500 artists and 550 speakers will perform at 450 + events over 5 days in Amsterdam.
