In Conversation With Martin Gore.
“Enjoy the Silence.” “Personal Jesus.” “People Are People.” “I Feel You.” These are just a few of the classics Martin Gore has given the world. As chief songwriter for New Wave legends Depeche Mode, Gore has helped define a genre while driving the darker precepts of dance music from the ‘80s onward. This year, he heads up Moogfest’s daytime slate with an intimate conversation in the Carolina Theatre.

William Basinski to Present the 2019 Sleep Concert.
Best known for creating the iconic tape recordings The Disintegration Loops, composer William Basinski will come to Moogfest for an even more ephemeral presentation: our annual eight-hour Sleep Concert. In this one-of-a-kind performance, Basinski will become the dream guide for participants, authoring sounds to shepherd them through a full night’s sleep cycle.

Much More is on the Way.
In the coming weeks, we will reveal dozens more artists, our 2019 Keynote, free events and local talent, the details of our Engineer Workshop, the full lineup of daytime presenters and workshops, and so much more. We’re celebrating 15 years of Moogfest, so we hope you’ll join us.
