Tomorrowland will be returning to the breathtaking French ski resort and mountains of Alpe d’Huez in 2023 for the third edition of Tomorrowland Winter – scheduled to take place from March 18-25, 2023. High up in the beautiful French Alps, festivalgoers from around the globe will be uniting again for a unique winter festival experience filled with snow, music and spectacular views of Alpe d’Huez’s mythical slopes and the surrounding mountains.
With 300 days of sunshine per year, Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski is a paradise for skiers, adrenaline seekers and for those who simply like walking and enjoying the stunning scenery. The ski area offers fun for every level of skiers and snowboarders: from beginner areas to legendary ski slopes like ‘Sarenne’, with a length of 16 km.
Snowboard & Ski.
Get ready for a week of skiing and snowboarding on the best slopes and partying on top of the world with the finest artists on an altitude of more than 2000m. Located in the heart of the French Alps, the ski area of Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski opens onto one of the largest ski areas in France and boasts 250 kilometers of mythical slopes, offering fun for every level of skiers and snowboarders: from beginner areas to legendary ski slopes like La Sarenne, the longest black run in Europe with a length of 16 kilometers.
Party.
Featuring a variety of dazzling stages in the village and on the mountains, Tomorrowland Winters brings together the best artists & acts from all genres & styles in electronic music. Festival visitors can party throughout the entire day at different stages in the middle of the beautiful white mountains until sunset – accessible for non-skiers and pedestrians – while seeing everybody dance and rave in the snow. Afterwards, people can continue their festival experience in the evening at multiple indoor stages in the village of Alpe d’Huez and party through the night with the world’s finest electronic artists in the covered and heated Mainstage.
Activities.
Not everyone can ski or snowboard, but luckily there’s a range of great activities for non-skiers as well at Tomorrowland Winter. You can go on a romantic dogsled ride to explore the extraordinary landscape and nature, while those who like speed and adventure can enjoy an exciting time at the snowmobile track. For the real daredevils out there: there’s also a spectacular paragliding flight that takes you all the way from the top of the mountain back to the village.
